Description
The contest is a limited-time promotion by InMedi Service GmbH, located at An der Wietze 17E, 30657 Hannover. InMedi Service GmbH operates the website www.inmedi-service.com. Participation in the contest is exclusively subject to the terms and conditions listed here.
Requirements and Process
The contest starts with the dispatch of the Easter gifts on March 15, 2023, and ends on May 15, 2023. Late entries will not be considered.
The winner will be selected by a random draw among all individuals who have sent a photo along with a recipe to the email address aktion@inmedi-service.com by May 15, 2023. The draw will take place using a random number generator on May 17, 2023.
Participation in the contest is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
Technical Requirements
The technical requirement for participating in the draw is to send an email with a photo attachment and recipe to aktion@inmedi-service.com.
Participation and Exclusion
Eligibility:
All natural persons aged 18 and over from the medical field are eligible to participate, except for employees of InMedi Service GmbH and their relatives. The pots are available only while supplies last.
Exclusion Rights:
InMedi Service reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest for an important reason. Such a reason includes, but is not limited to, violations of legal provisions or these terms and conditions, infringement of third-party rights, and any attempt to manipulate the contest, interfere with, or influence the proper course of the contest. Participants who threaten or harass other participants or third parties may also be excluded.
Use of Participant Data and Privacy
By participating in the contest, the following terms and conditions are accepted:
- Only one photo including a recipe per participant is allowed.
- The photo must be taken by the participant themselves – the copyright remains with the participant as the photographer.
- The photo must be in jpg, png, or gif format.
- By submitting a photo, participants grant InMedi Service the unrestricted right to publish the submitted photo on inmedi-service.com as well as on social media platforms or other InMedi Service publications.
- All submitted photos with a recipe will be entered into the photo competition.
- The winners will be drawn starting on May 17, 2023.
- InMedi Service will store and use the participants’ email addresses provided in connection with the contest exclusively for the purposes of the contest.
Participants can withdraw their consent for the use of their personal data at any time and request that their data be deleted by InMedi Service. However, this will also automatically end their participation in the contest.

Prize
Among all participants, there are 5 JBL Go Bluetooth speakers, 5 thermal mugs and 5 coolers to be won.
The winners will be drawn on May 17, 2023, from all emails with a photo and recipe sent to aktion@inmedi-service.com during the contest period. Winners will be notified by email.
Cash redemption, exchange of the prize, or transfer of the prize to other persons is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
Limitation of Liability
InMedi Service is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. InMedi Service GmbH is not liable for any legal or material defects in the described prize. Any warranty claims from the winners are hereby expressly excluded.
Miscellaneous
The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The legal process is excluded.
If any provisions of the terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, an appropriate regulation will apply that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
