  • No minimum order value
  • Free shipping for orders with a net value of EUR 150.00* or more
  • For orders with a net value below EUR 150.00*, we charge a shipping and packaging fee of EUR 12.00*

All orders placed by 3:00 PM are shipped on the same business day and typically reach our customers within Germany within 24 to 48 hours—provided the items are available in stock at the time of ordering. Thanks to robust inventory management and demand planning, we can fulfill approximately 98% of orders immediately.

We use climate-neutral shipping for all our deliveries to customers. Additionally, we exclusively use environmentally friendly shipping materials and packaging made from recycled materials.

Express Shipping

If speed is of the essence, we offer express shipping in Germany in addition to standard delivery. The express surcharges listed below apply regardless of the order value:

  • Delivery by 12:00 PM the next business day: EUR 25.00* express surcharge
  • Delivery by 10:00 AM the next business day: EUR 35.00* express surcharge
  • Delivery by 8:30 AM the next business day: EUR 48.00* express surcharge

Please note: To ensure delivery by the desired time on the following business day, we must receive your order by 3:00 PM.

We can also offer express shipping to other countries. For details regarding costs and conditions, please contact our team.

Delivery on Desired Date

We not only deliver quickly and reliably but also on the date of your choice. For example, if you want to receive your required medical products directly after your vacation or at regular, defined intervals, simply let us know.

To specify your desired delivery date, include it in your order or contact our team directly.

Guidelines for Receiving Goods

Please take a moment when accepting the delivery to inspect the shipment for any external damage. If you are unsure whether the shipment is damaged or not, always sign “with reservation” upon receipt.
